Lou Mathews here. We met briefly at the Times Book Fest. Jim Houston was my first writing teacher. Thank you so much for rebroadcasting your interview with Jim. You nailed it. All the essentials. I can picture Jim on the screen porch of that old Victorian overlooking Twin lakes and the Yacht harbor. Wonderful job and fitting for the occasion. If you will send me a fax number or mailing address, I'll be glad to send you the handouts that Jim used in his classes, which I still use in my classes at UCLA extension, I'll also send along a couple articles that Jim loved and used often.
