Monday, February 4 - Latinos in Lotusland

Editor and contributors to the forthcoming collection, Latinos in Lotusland: An Anthology of Contemporary Southern California Literature (Bilingual Press). I’m joined in Studio C by writer and editor Daniel Olivas (Devil Talk) as well as contributors Reyna Grande (Across a Hundred Mountains) and Michael Jaime-Becerra (Every Night is Ladies Night).

This landmark collection spans sixty years of writing by Latinos --- on or in Los Angeles and Southern California --- and features classic work from Mario Suarez and John Rechy, established writers Helena Viramontes and Luis Rodriguez, as well as work by newer writers.
